Domestic Violence against men is real. If your wife or girlfriend is angry and abusive, take it seriously. Just because you are a guy doesn't mean she can't hurt you. Make a safety plan.

If you are the friend or relative of a man in danger, pass on this information to him and help him make a plan to keep himself and his children safe.

(Note: I have included this Safety Plan and more in a FREE ebook. I'll tell you more about it later in this post.)

                              8 Red Flags the Pregnancy is a Trap 66

                              Many a man has been snared by an announcement that a woman is pregnant with his child. How can you tell whether an “accidental” pregnancy is a baby trap or legit? How can you protect yourself from the pregnancy trap?

                              A pregnancy may be accidental-on-purpose. Like the one a woman was working on when her boyfriend walked in on her inseminating herself with semen from his used condom. (She had retrieved the condom out of the garbage can!)

                              Hope Solo --The Domestic Violence Double Standard 0

                              It’s time we called a foul on women abusing men and stop looking the other way or condoning the abuse.

                              This past year, there was a vociferous clamor to bring out the guillotine and cut off the career of any male athlete that was accused of any type of domestic violence.

                              Where are these same domestic violence advocates when it comes to Hope Solo? The USA women’s soccer star goalie was arrested for beating up her sister and 17-year-old nephew last June.

                              How can you tell if someone is lying? Even worse, how can you tell if someone you love is lying to you? First: learn that there is more than one way to lie.

                              “Everyone has a right to their own opinion,

                              Why are people drawn to not telling the truth? Abusive people often use any of a dozen types of lies to meet their self-centered objectives.

                              What is Spiritual Abuse in Marriage and Relationships? 0

                              Spiritual abuse in marriage or other romantic relationships is a form of partner abuse that is less well known than partner abuse forms like physical domestic violence, but spiritual abuse is deeply painful.

                               “Body wounds heal and scar;
                              a wounded soul requires support and a lifetime to heal.”

                              Verbal abuse instruments cover a broad range:
